It’s a fab Friday with five meetings across the tracks in the UK and Ireland – and our snazzy NAPs Table is here to give you a steer on the day’s best bets.

The ITV Racing cameras are at Lingfield for the opening day of the inaugural Winter Million meeting. The Sovereign Handicap Hurdle at 3.35pm is the pick of the contests with last season’s Tolworth winner Metier attempting to get back on track after a poor start to the campaign. You can also watch three races from Market Rasen on ITV4 including the Listed Alan Swinbank mares’ Standard Open National Hunt Flat Race at 2.40pm.

Southwell kicks off the day’s all-weather racing with eight renewals from 12.10pm. There’s also twilight cards on either side of the Irish Sea at Dundalk and Newcastle.
