RUBY WALSH:
“It’s hard to look past the three at the top of the betting in American Mike, Facile Vega and RedemptionDay. I don’t think any one of them has put a foot wrong. I’ve seen more of American Mike so he’s easier to assess but it’s hard to make a call between the three of them.
“American Mike looked solid in the Future Champions race at Navan. He also impressed at Down Royal in October. He’s won both of his races in fine fashion.

“Of Willie Mullins’ two runners, I feel the one who has more improvement in him is Facile Vega. For that reason, I’d pick him. Redemption Day is a fast horse but I’d have to side with Facile Vega.
“Facile Vega bolted up at Leopardstown on St Stephen’s Day, beating Joyeux Machin by 6l. He was pushed along but finished strongly. He’ll do me in Wednesday’s Champion Bumper!”
