Gibberwell may be the chief danger in the expectation he improves for last month’s reappearance run, although Guillemot will be a big threat if handling the forecast soft ground.

This can go to SURREY TERRITORIES who made up a lot of ground to finish fourth over 6f here this week and, back over this longer trip with Jim Crowley aboard, Brett Johnson’s gelding gets the vote. Storm Asset is the other to consider.

There’s a lot to like in general about TONE THE BARONE and this career-high mark is warranted judged on how well he won at Wolverhampton last time. Marnie James is the danger even with likely competition for the lead from Ornate.
17:00 Wolverhampton – Impulsive One (Racing Post)
There should be some scope in IMPULSIVE ONE‘s Flat mark based on the level he’s reached over hurdles for this yard and he’s preferred to last month’s C&D scorer Three Platoon.
