15:25 Ffos Las – Elanor Bob (Morning Star, Farringdon)

ELANOR BOB still has a bit to learn about jumping fences but led for a long way when third over C&D in October. Was outclassed at Aintree since but this offers much more realistic chances of a first chasing success.

19:00 Kempton – Hafeet Alain (Daily Telegraph, Marlborough)

HAFEET ALAIN developed into a useful handicapper on turf for Adrian Nicholls, but made no impact during a brief spell in Hong Kong. The selection then surged back to best form at Wolverhampton last time, finishing well and nearly getting up. Good chance off same mark back over 1m.
