Rejoice, Saturday is here and we can all agree it’s definitely in the top two days of the week. This Saturday’s a bit special with loads of high-class racing from Sandown and Aintree in particular.

NEW TO PADDY POWER?

Today the highlights are probably the Tingle Creek Chase and the Many Clouds Chase which look set to be fascinating renewals. To give you the best chance of getting your nose in front, here at Paddy Power News we’ve corralled Paddy’s top tipsters’ best bets to formulate a Lucky 15 for you.

That’s the mighty Mick Fitzgerald, Matt Chapman, Ruby Walsh and Timeform with decades of experience at the top of the game. So, with four super selections to consider, here’s a lucky 15 for Saturday in the UK and Ireland.

12:33 Navan – Mr Fred Rogers (Ruby Walsh)

It does look a match between Eric Bloodaxe and Ginto. Ginto beat Shantreusse at Navan in February and MR FRED ROGERS beat Shantreusse last time out at Punchestown so you can’t rule out Mr Fred Rogers.

13:50 Sandown – Third Time Lucki (Timeform)

THIRD TIME LUCKI, a tall type with the physique to excel over fences, has taken brilliantly to chasing and has been an impressive winner on both starts this season at Cheltenham. He has shown a fluent technique and an enthusiastic way of going about things, and that will continue to stand him in good stead. His chasing form is up there with the best on offer and he has been winning with plenty left in his locker.

14:05 Aintree – Protektorat (Matt Chapman)

There should be a strong gallop on here and Native River is unlikely to get it easy up front. That should set up victory for PROTEKTORAT, who should get home over this tight track even with some juice in the ground. Dan Skelton’s runner – ridden by Bridget Andrews – flew home to finish second in the Paddy Power Gold Cup (which was an excellent race) and will be hard to stop.

14:25 Sandown – Nube Negra (Mick Fitzgerald)

NUBE NEGRA is fit after a run at Cheltenham last month, is stronger this year, and the Dan Skelton team are flying. That makes him is the obvious one to take on Chacun Pour Soi with.
