15:25 – Macon Belle

Despite a double penalty the dual Polytrack winner Ellade still has to be considered after her encouraging stable debut last month, while Tippy Toes should make an impact if breaking better than last time. However, the vote goes to MACON BELLE who had threatened to lose her way before beaten a nose on her AW debut at Wolverhampton last month.

15:55 – Noble Order

NOBLE ORDER ran very well when sent off favourite for a Newmarket novice event last month and he should improve and is difficult to oppose. Manaafith may be the biggest danger returning from a break and wind surgery. Assessment is the most appealing of the newcomers.

16:25 – Legende dArt

Last week’s Lingfield scorer Wonder Starelzaam looks a huge player, provided this race doesn’t come too soon and the widest draw doesn’t prove a hindrance. A solid alternative is LEGENDE D’ART who, granted better luck, looks capable of reversing last month’s C&D placings with Internationalangel. From a punting perspective, second choice is Case Of The Ex who remains unexposed. Broxi, Alcazan and Covert Mission also have possibilities in a competitive affair.

16:55 – Living Legend

The signs look good for LIVING LEGEND (nap) who produced a career-best performance on turf last time, still has low mileage, may well improve further and has a record of 2-2 on AW. He’s taken to defy a 7lb rise, possibly at the main expense of Lucander who ran creditably in a competitive field at York last month. Power Of States and Habit Rouge are also respected at a venue that suits them well.

17:25 – Michaels Choice

The suggestion is MICHAELS CHOICE, who shaped encouragingly back on AW last time and remains well treated on his best turf form. Second choice is Smokey, who is also favourably handicapped off 67. Dark Side Prince and Lothian have gone up the weights but may be capable of further progress, while La Roca Del Fuego warrants respect back at this venue.

17:55 – Irish Times

The improving Howzak may well defy the double penalty and complete a quickfire hat-trick, provided he’s as good back over 6f. A solid alternative is five-time course winner IRISH TIMES, who nearly bagged a sixth success on his latest start. From a punting perspective, second choice is Bernard Spierpoint who was one place in front of Howzak over C&D in September. Rockesbury completes the shortlist.

18:25 – Little Sunflower

If she’s refreshed from a break then LITTLE SUNFLOWER holds a major chance from her good draw. Maid Millie is feared most back over her best trip and others to consider are It Must Be Faith and Iesha.
