It’s the start of a brand new week and Paddy’s nifty NAPs Table is here to aid your punting picks on what should be a delightful day across the tracks in the UK and Ireland.

The first race on Monday takes place at Hereford at 12.25pm. They’ve got six National Hunt renewals on the agenda. The day’s other racing over Jumps takes place at Plumpton, with the Trevor Shearly Memorial Handicap Hurdle at 2.45pm being the pick of the contests.

There are three meetings on the Flat. The pick of the cards is at Kempton, with a Listed race over 1m 4f at 2.35pm being the standout. Elsewhere, Wolverhampton has action under the lights on the all-weather track while Laytown hosts the only racing in Ireland.

Rockavon continues to lead the NAPs Table and the Sunday Mail tipster is backing Mr Jack in the 3.45pm at Plumpton. The Sun On Sunday’s Sirius has climbed to second and throws his support behind Hamish in the 3.05pm at Kempton.
