13:10 – Level Neverending

After showing a high level of ability in bumpers, LEVEL NEVERENDING can make a winning start over hurdles for his new trainer Gordon Elliott. Saturday’s Flat winner In From The Cold and point-to-point winner Marvel De Cerisy are other interesting debutants over hurdles along with the nicely-bred Low Style.

13:45 – Barnacullia

There should be more to come from BARNACULLIA who ran well in a competitive handicap at Listowel having won his maiden here. Faith Du Val will be suited by dropping back to this trip and she’s one to consider along with Dreamsrmadeofthis.

14:20 – Indian Admiral

Competitive for the grade and five of these won last time out. INDIAN ADMIRAL made a good start for his new yard at Galway and may be able to follow up with the unexposed Choir Practice and Killarney winner Elite Des Mottes feared most.

14:55 – Macs Charm

Although he hasn’t been seen since a poor run last Christmas, MACS CHARM would have a good chance if recapturing the form of his first two starts over hurdles and his stable is going quite well at the moment. Caesar Rock and Clarabello also have chances based on last season’s displays while Elmount has race fitness on his side and drops in class.

15:30 – Eklat De Rire

A couple of these rivals have stronger claims at the weights, but nonetheless EKLAT DE RIRE (nap) should be hard to beat on what he showed in his first two starts over fences. The Big Dog would prefer even further but is still respected along with the mare Fairyhill Run who is forgiven a flat performance in the Munster National.

16:05 – Cayd Boy

A quality beginners’ chase for the venue. Mt Leinster and CAYD BOY have achieved idential RPR’s over hurdles and although the former holds a possible fitness advantage from the Flat, preference is for Liz Doyle’s charge, who won on his seasonal return this time last year on soft ground. Soviet Pimpernel was not far off those two over hurdles but jumping has let him down so far over fences and he will need to put in a much better round here.

16:40 – Fameaftertheglory

After a couple of seconds this could be FAMEAFTERTHEGLORY‘s turn. In what doesn’t appear a strong bumper, he gets the nod ahead of Where It All Began and Time Gents. Point-to-point winner Western Flyer is worth a look.
