13:40 Hoopmalassie
It’s reasonable to expect another good run from Miracle Eagle but one with some potential is handicap debutante HOOPMALASSIE, who struggled to cope with soft ground on her latest outing but showed more than enough on her first two Flat starts to suggest she can be a force in this grade. Reclaim Victory, who tries a new trip today, is next on the list.
NEW TO PADDY POWER?
14:15 Dubai Immo
The Menstone Gem and DUBAI IMMO are leading players on their C&D form 22 days ago, with slight preference for the latter on these terms. Scotch Mistress is also in the mix, while positive market moves for any of the newcomers should be heeded.
14:50 Captain Vallo (NAP)
It’s possible to construct a case for plenty of these, but the progressive CAPTAIN VALLO (nap) looks the one to beat off the same mark as for his C&D success last week. The only horse to have beaten him on this surface, Kapono, is dangerous now back at Newcastle, while course specialist Equiano Springs and the well-handicapped Abduction are others to consider. However, the main threat to Captain Vallo may come from fellow 3yo Pagan who could get back on track in headgear.

15:25 Canonized
This is probably much tighter than the BHA ratings would suggest. Sam Maximus is a leading contender on his best form but CANONIZED is an admirable filly who has done well since being upped to 6f. She can follow up her recent Listed success at York on her AW debut.
16:00 Plastic Paddy
Fennaan should be involved at this level and the cheekpieces could perk him up, while The Sedberghian, Caballero, Ring Of Gold, Lincoln Gamble and Abnaa also have something to recommend them. There should be more to come from PLASTIC PADDY at this trip though and he can gain a second C&D success.
16:35 Swiss Knight
Temper Trap comes here at the top of his game, a comment that doesn’t apply to many in here, but that was also the case on his previous AW start when he fluffed his lines here as a warm favourite. Wootton Creek, Pallas Lord and Velma lurk on dangerous marks if rediscovering some form but the pair to focus on could be Lexington Warfare and SWISS KNIGHT. The selection offered more at Ayr last time and this drop in class and extra furlong could see him end his barren spell.
17:05 Donizetti
Bridgetown, Redzone and Kilconquhar would all make significant appeal in a normal 0-60 around here but essentially this race revolves around DONIZETTI. Keith Dalgleish’s 3yo proved a revelation dropped back to 6f and fitted with a visor here on Friday, surging clear inside the final furlong, and a penalty won’t stop him if he is in anything like the same form.
17:40 Lord Of The Glen
This looks very trappy indeed with the bulk of the field having something to recommend them. Birkenhead and Young Tiger are handicapped to go very well, while Arnold is in top form and Another Angel can’t be discounted under these conditions. Two of the more interesting runners are For Peat’s Sake and LORD OF THE GLEN. The former can show the benefit of the return to 5f and a recent run, but Lord Of The Glen should get a good pace to aim at and he can pounce late.
