NAP of the Day: Thursday’s NAPs Table of horse racing tips in the UK & Ireland

Oh boy are we spoilt for choice across the tracks in the United Kingdom and Ireland today – and Paddy’s nifty NAPs Table is the ultimate guide to aid your punting picks.

There are three meetings over Jumps and three on the Flat so the tipsters have plenty of contests to run the rule over before coming up with their best bet of the day. Paddy’s collected their selections in one handy place and, if that wasn’t enough, our main man’s listed the boffins by their Level Stakes so you know who’s banging in the winners and who, er, isn’t.

The day’s racing starts at the Curragh which kicks off with a trio of two-year-old maidens before five more renewals complete the card. For National Hunt fans, it’s a journey south to Tramore for seven races from 1pm.

In the UK, Wincanton hosts its first meeting in six months while the jumpers at Carlisle get going at the rather unusual time of 1.23pm. Elsewhere, Brighton has seven contests on the Flat and there’s evening action on the all-weather track at Chelmsford. Oisin Murphy and William Buick are both booked for rides at the Essex racecourse as the Flat Jockeys’ Championship goes down to the wire.

NAPs Table leader Jim Delahunt is backing Crassus in the 2.50pm at the Curragh but he has Newmarket hot on his heels and the Racing Post tipster throws his support behind odds-on favourite Lord Lovelace in the 7.30pm at Chelmsford.
