Be My Sea looks the most solid option among the rest, but the somewhat enigmatic Polish has to be feared and Tin Fandango came home well in front in the mud when he was last seen in action.

14:20 Level Up

Consistent filly Lil Guff holds leading claims on the figures and looks sure to go well again. However, LEVEL UP is taken to improve past that rival and open his account. The selection’s form includes a promising effort at Glorious Goodwood and the booking of William Buick is a big plus. Kempton scorer Dreaming has more on his plate under a penalty, but may well improve further.

14:55 Beauty Choice

There are several appealing types in this open-looking sprint handicap. First choice is BEAUTY CHOICE, who took a step back in the right direction last time and has slipped to a handy mark. Atalanta’s Boy (second choice) has a great record at this track, Lovely Breeze has a Glorious Goodwood success on her CV, Silent Flame has done well in 6 furlongs handicaps and Restless Endeavour is another to consider.

15:30 Mystery Fox

The vote goes to MYSTERY FOX, who ran well at Haydock last month and should build on that effort. Second choice is the well-bred Al Jaddaf, who looks open to plenty of progress now he’s handicapping. Serenity is another nursery newcomer to consider, while Neptune Legend, Unspoken and Galileo Glass also have possibilities in a fairly open contest.

16:05 Electress

Following her defeat by a neck and a head over 1m here last time, ELECTRESS probably has what it takes. Schmilsson and Secret Image, preferred in that order, showed enough first time out to suggest that they are also leading players. The newcomers may be headed by Daiquiri.

16:40 Champagne Piaff

This looks seriously competitive, but the vote goes to CHAMPAGNE PIAFF – whose two 1m 2f wins suggest he still has something in the tank and is worth another go at 1m 4f. Favorite Moon should be staying on at the finish and would probably be suited by a slog at the trip, which puts him second on the list ahead of Graphite. But, most of their opponents could also be in major contention.

Tom Collins has won in October for the last two seasons and is dangerous in this lower grade, while the consistent sorts Arranmore, Bucephalus and Shouldering are all capable of going well. But, a chance is taken with JOHN BETJEMAN, who receives weight all round and could find conditions ideal on his return from a break. Global Esteem and Newton Jack are others with chances in an open race.
