It’s Gold Cup day at Ayr while there’s also the Group 3 Firth of Clyde Fillies’ Stakes on the course’s eight-race card. The standout renewal on a quality day of racing at Newbury is the Group 2 Mill Reef Stakes.

Newmarket, Gowran Park and Catterick have afternoon action on the Flat while Navan‘s Jumps meeting gets going from 1.15pm. There’s also evening action on the all-weather at Wolverhampton from 4.55pm.
