NAP of the Day: Friday’s NAPs Table of UK & Ireland horse racing tips

It’s a fab Friday across the tracks in the UK and Ireland – and Paddy’s neat NAPs Table gives you the inside line on who the boffins fancy today.

With four meetings on the Flat and two over Jumps, the tipsters have plenty of contests to cast their eyes over. Luckily for you, Paddy’s gathered their best bets into a nifty little chart and he’s also listed the so-called experts by their profit and loss so you know who’s firing and who’s flopping.

The second day of Ayr‘s Gold Cup festival kicks things off from 1pm and there are a couple of Listed races on the eight-contest card. There’s also Listed action at Newbury while the jumpers at Downpatrick and Newton Abbot round off the afternoon meetings.

Friday evening racing under the lights is provided at Dundalk from 4.40pm and Kempton from 4.50pm.
