OK, it isn’t exactly the busiest day of racing but there’s some top-class action on the second day of Doncaster’s St Leger meeting to more than make up for it. What we lack in quantity we certainly make up for in quality.
Good old Uncle Paddy’s got just the ticket to help with your punting picks as he’s put together a nifty NAPs Table after gathering all the leading tipsters’ best bets for the day. If that’s not enough, our main man’s also listed the boffins by their profit and loss so you know who’s on fire and who’s not.
Chepstow kicks things off at 1pm before the first race at Doncaster gets going 10 minutes later. There are two Group 2 contests on the second day of the track’s St Leger festival – the May Hill Stakes (2.40pm) and Park Hill Fillies’ Stakes (3.15pm).
Epsom stages seven races from 1.50pm while there’s evening action on the polytrack at Chelmsford from 5.30pm.
It’s first versus fourth in the NAPs Table today. Leader Templegate is tipping up Motawaajed in the 3.45pm at Doncaster while Newmarket selects Modern News. The tight battle for second also focuses on Doncaster with Glendale backing Save A Forest in the 3.15pm and Jim Delahunt throwing his weight behind Ever Given in the 2.10pm.
