Ah, the summer of 2021, we hardly knew ye. It may be the final day of August but the month rounds off with four cracking cards in the UK – and Paddy’s NAPs Table gives you the inside track on who the racing boffins are really backing today.

The afternoon’s action comes from Ripon and Epsom, with the Flat meetings starting at 1pm and 1.45pm respectively. Jumps racing takes over in the evening with Newton Abbot‘s runners getting underway from 4.25pm and Hexham‘s card beginning at 4.45pm.

Timeform tops the table and The Sun’s tipster throws his weight behind Arthur’s Victory in the 3.25pm at Epsom. Glendale is hot on his heels and is tipping up Great Havana in the 1.45pm opener at the Surrey track – a race in which Paddy’s paying an extra place.
