Three down, just two to go. You wait all year for Glorious Goodwood and it comes and goes in a flash… Snap out of it man, there’s no point raging at the relentless march of time, so let’s get stuck into some more world-class Flat racing on Friday!

The Group 2 King George Qatar Stakes is our day 4 feature race and the brilliant Battaash goes for glory once again, looking for a five timer. Charlie Hill’s charge is the big favourite but can anyone – or anything – end his dominance over this race?

To guide you through every single Glorious Goodwood race on Friday, Paddy’s assembled his world-beating panel to put together another legendary Cheat Sheet. That means you get a bundle of best bets from Matt Chapman, Mick Fitzgerald, Jason Weaver, Timeform and Paddy himself right here in one handy, downloadable place.

So, it’s all eyes on Battaash and Jim Crowley to see if the deadly duo can make it five in a row in the King George Stakes at 15:35 and the verdicts are in… We’ve got three votes for the fav Battaash from Timeform, Paddy and Matt. “This is the home of Battaash and while he faces some serious rivals I expect him to come through for Jim Crowley and Charlie Hills,” explains Matt.

But we’ve got two pundits opposing the champ, with Mick and Jason both going for Silvestre De Sousa’s mount, Art Power. Our pair of panellists tip Art Power to pounce late with Mick saying; “He looks a serious contender now back down to 5f and should be staying on strongly at the finish to put it up Battaash.”

It looks like it’s game on in the King George and here’s the Cheat Sheet to guide you through the main event as well as the rest of the action.

We’ve got an out-and-out winner when it comes to the most popular pick on Friday at Goodwood. That’s Baaeed in the Bonham Stakes at 14:25. William Haggas’ horse gets all five votes in the Group 3 over 1m with Jason gushing, “We could be looking at a world-class superstar in the making.”

Elsewhere we’ve got four shouts for Mogul at 16:10 in the Queen’s Place Glorious Stakes over 1m4f. Mick Fitz is the outlier but Paddy thinks the drying ground and drop in class will suit Ryan Moore’s mount perfectly.
