17:55 – Kodiak Attack

Daysaq, Trouser The Cash and We’re Reunited all have something to recommend them, while Rockingham Jill is unexposed and new headgear could help Lady Quickstep. KODIAK ATTACK is more speculative but he’s run well here in the past, has dropped a long way in the weights and the booking of Tom Marquand suggests better could be expected today.

NEW TO PADDY POWER?

18:25 – Razor Glass

The 3yos RAZOR GLASS and Shalaa Asker could be the pair to focus on with the former marginally preferred. Newyorkstateofmind may prove best of the older generation.

18:55 – Velvet And Steel

The leading contender is Ralph Beckett’s progressive filly VELVET AND STEEL, who went close from a tough draw on her handicap debut at Kempton four weeks ago and sets a good standard back in a maiden. Emerging shaped with plenty of promise at Doncaster on his recent debut and he’s feared most, ahead of Mobaadel, who had several excuses at Leicester on his seasonal return and is a key player if he can bounce back from that blip. Others to consider are Lafan and Liberty Warrior.

19:25 – Zoffarelli

Preference is for ZOFFARELLI, who didn’t get a clear run at things when a creditable fourth at Sandown on his recent return and is open to more improvement on this step up to 1m. The admirable 8yo You’re Hired is feared most, though Siam Fox still has potential and could resume his progress on this drop back in grade. The other one on the shortlist is De Vegas Kid, who is on his last winning mark and could be dangerous if he gets a good pace and some luck.

19:55 – Lisdarragh

Super Superjack raised his form to a new level with a bold bid over C&D 18 days ago and a 2lb rise for that near miss looks fair. He’s respected along with Miss Sligo, who went close over 1m2f here last week, and Clipsham Tiger, who looks interesting on his first go at this trip. However, it is hard to get away from LISDARRAGH (nap), who got off the mark when beating a clear second at Windsor on Saturday and escapes a penalty for that comfortable success.

20:25 – Her Way

Hashtagmetoo is respected off only 1lb higher than for her brave win over C&D 18 days ago, but preference is for HER WAY, who came good with a smooth success at Chepstow last week and may well be able to strike again under a penalty. Another key player is Embolden, who won eased down in a 1m2f claimer at Leicester last time and is on a dangerous mark back in a handicap.

20:55 – Andre Amar

A tricky race in which the suggestion is ANDRE AMAR, who had a near miss in a classified event at Wolverhampton in March and caught the eye with his strong finish back on turf in a Brighton handicap last month. Aquadabra has a solid record this season and she’s feared most, though Fairy Fast was a clear second on unfavourable terms in a seller last time and is a big player if she can back that up. Others who could be dangerous are Something Lucky and Oh So Nice.
