With all the talk about who is in or out of the England squad this week, it was only natural that we at Paddy Power News would build a squad of our own for Oaks day at Epsom on Friday! As usual our team don’t shy away from tackling the big calls, including for the day’s feature The Epsom Oaks at 16:30 and three of fantastic fivesome are all firmly in the SANTA BARBARA camp to claim the biggest prize on the day.

Our pundits are almost in agreement about backing the William Haggas-trained IRISH ADMIRAL in the Class 2 handicap at 14:35, and with Tom Marquand onboard, it’s hard to argue with them. The Coronation Cup (15:10) also sees Timeform, Mick Fitzgerald and Frank all throw their money behind another Haggas horse in the form of AL AASY.
