Santa Barbara – with one win from one start – is the favourite at 5/4 with Paddy Power for the 1000 Guineas as Aidan O’Brien seeks another Classic victory.

Sacred and Saffron Beach are also high in the market after being the first two home in the Group 3 Nell Gwyn Stakes at Newmarket last week.

Prohibition-era enthusiasts will be delighted to know Alcohol Free (13/2) is prominent after victory in the Group 3 Fred Darling Stakes.
