The 2021 Cheltenham Festival comes to a close with a mouthwatering seven-race card headlined by the week’s main event – the Gold Cup.

The action gets underway with what is set to be a fiercely contested Triumph Hurdle before customers can get stuck into the always-frenetic County Hurdle – where Paddy Power is paying seven places!
Grade 1 action follows in the form of the Albert Bartlett Novice Hurdle before the big one – the Cheltenham Gold Cup.
Al Boum Photo is looking to write his name into history with a third consecutive victory in the blue riband event but the Willie Mullins-trained charger faces stiff competition from the likes of A Plus Tard, Champ, Royale Pagaille, Frodon and former winner Native River.

As if that wasn’t enough, there is still the St James’ Place Festival Challenge Cup Hunters’ Chase – one of the great punting races of the festival – before the inaugural running of the wonderfully named Mrs Paddy Power Mares’ Chase.
The Martin Pipe Conditional Jockeys’ Handicap Hurdle then brings the curtain down on the Cheltenham Festival for another year – and we’re already counting down the days until we can do it all again!
