Two in-form teams meet here, with West Ham charging up the table and City all but confirmed Champions. City’s 19-match winning streak means there is no value in their current straight win odds for me, but I do think they can keep a clean sheet. The Hammers have failed to score in their last two away games.
They’ve actually failed to score in four of their last eight away games. Meanwhile, Pep Guardiola’s side have been very impressive at the back, amd the City to win to Nil angle would have clicked in a staggering eleven of their last fifteen matches in all competitions. Further to that, they’ve recorded an amazing seven clean sheets in a row at home. The shut out looks set to continue!
14:52 at Fairyhouse – Burrows Saint to Win

The Bobbyjo Chase has been a race which Willie Mullins has dominated in recent years, winning the Grade 3 prize for the last five years, and he’s likely to win it again on Saturday with Burrows Saint. It’s no secret that the champion trainer uses this race as the perfect preparation for the Aintree Grand National and in Burrows Saint, that is once again the case.
Having won the 2019 Irish Grand National, the eight-year-old has been lightly raced since, with Aintree in mind, but his two runs over hurdles this season will have put him spot on for this race. It’s also worth noting that he is rated higher than any of Mullins’ previous ten winners of the Bobbyjo Chase and the race conditions are hugely in his favour. Not only do I expect him to win but I’d be surprised if he’s not favourite for the Aintree Grand National come Saturday evening.
4.45pm – England (-6) v Wales

The Six Nations train moves into round three this weekend. Wales somehow have stumbled on two wins while England, to date, have underperformed which has been a real surprise. Both of Wales’ victories were against 14 men and, despite the emergence of new talent, they could easily have lost both games.
Home advantage with no crowd at the Principality means very little and this has been proven with results to date. I expect England to put in a massive performance against the Dragons and Wales’ luck looks set to run out on Saturday. The bet is England (-6) to cover the handicap.
8pm – Wolves to beat Newcastle

Newcastle are really struggling lately and it’s not hard to see why Steve Bruce is one of the favourites in the Premier League Sack Race betting. They’ve only won one of their last six home games and head out on Saturday night at St James’ Park off the back of two defeats to Chelsea and Manchester United. OK, on paper they face lesser quality opposition in Wolves but Newcastle’s confidence has never been lower.
Wolves have started to score a few goals lately and have won their last two Premier League games. I take them to keep the ball rolling on Saturday night and heap more pressure on the Magpies’ manager. Wolves recent loan signing, the Brazilian Willian Jose, is overdue a goal and he’s a bit of a tempter in the anytime goal scorer market. For NAP purposes I’ll stick with Wolves to Win.
