Horse Racing tips: This 10/1 play may go your way at Kempton tonight

New Day has improved with each run and sets the form standard but preference is for CAMASSIA, who was a promising second over 7f at Newcastle on last month’s debut and can build on that now tackling 1m. Emma Of Normandy and Deep Sigh showed some ability on their debuts and could get involved.

Famille Rose sets the standard and is respected but her latest run was disappointing. Similar comments apply to WISE JUDGEMENT’s most recent effort but that was on heavy ground and she’s given another chance to confirm her debut promise. Aliomaana and Moonlit Night are newcomers from powerful stables and a big run from either would come as no surprise

Kempton 17:20

Some interesing newcomers on show here, notably Royal Event but with honourable mentions to Isola Rossa, Liberated Lady and Youcouldhavesaidno. That said, ROMANTIC SONG shaped with plenty of promise on her Newmarket debut and can put that experience to good use.

All six have something to recommend them but HOST might be the answer despite a career-high mark. He ran well behind a handicap blot at Lingfield last time and should find this being run to suit. Fabrizio might prove best of the rest.

Kempton 18:20

If getting away on terms Dulas could very easily be the answer, but he’s been slow to break in back-to-back races. Preference is for BEYOND EQUAL, who has course form and ran really well at Haydock before getting stuck in the mud at Goodwood.

Roulston Scar, Desert Doctor and Open Wide all have something to recommend them but this looks a good opportunity for Scottish raider SOLDIER’S MINUTE (nap) to land the spoils. Twice a C&D winner, he’s run some fine races in good handicaps on turf this year and he comes here with his stable in eyecatching form.

Kempton 19:20

The 3yo fillies Myseven and CROWN POWER look the most interesting pair in the field. The former can progress again back on the AW but Crown Power’s maiden win here last month has been advertised since and she could still have much more to come.

Kempton 19:50

Excelinthejungle bumped into one who was well ahead of his mark here three weeks ago and he’s feared despite his 4lb rise. Come On Girl ran well over this trip last week while Alezan and Kyllachy Dragon are also coming here on the back of useful efforts.

Just behind Kyllachy Dragon last time was NO DIGGITY though and the placings may be reversed here, with Nick Littmoden’s 4yo, a course winner at two, set to be at concert pitch after two runs back from his lengthy absence.
