Lightly raced pair Pallas Dancer and Ammayya are both respected, while Junvieve and Sparkling Diamond are others to consider in a trappy race. HIGHFIELD PRINCESS has found things clicking into place since switching to handicaps though and may be able to defy a 6lb rise ahead of her all-weather debut.
16:45 Bartat
Rajman ought to be in the mix, while Rochford and Passing Nod are capable of big runs if turning up at the top of their game. BARTAT made all to win at Wolverhampton last month on her first attempt at 7 furlongs and she may be able to repeat the feat from stall 1.
17:25 Bullace
Glyndebourne is a newcomer of note but both Lovely Breeze and BULLACE have already shown plenty of promise. The selection kept on well when the penny dropped on his Sandown debut and can put that experience to good use here.

17:55 Sepia Belle
A big field but hard to get carried away with the claims of too many of them. Arju moves into handicaps with some potential and can go well, while Kodiellen brings recent winning form into the contest. SEPIA BELLE has shown marked improvement the last twice though and she is marginally preferred.
18:30 Zefferino
A few of these lurk on dangerous marks and Katniss Everdeen and Rajguru are maidens who fall into that category. Madame Peltier is unexposed and can do better, while Azets ought to give it another good go under suitable conditions. ZEFFERINO hasn’t been at his best so far this season but these conditions suit him well and he may be able to capitalise on the drop into Class 6 company.
19:00 Extrodinair
An interesting sprint in which the in-form pair of Able Kane and Lilkian try their luck in stronger company. Rock Boy Grey and Dulas are respected but it might be worth giving EXTRODINAIR another chance at 6 furlongs.
His slow start last time saw him on the back foot early but it’s worth giving him the benefit of the doubt on that score. He’s got a good record here and still looks feasibly weighed so granted a clean break he’s got a bigger effort in him.
19:30 Rockesbury
Low-grade fare but this looks a good race for the grade. Rocketeer, Indian Pursuit and Vincenzo Coccotti are all considered, while Physics should make a bold bid to defy the widest stall. ROCKESBURY has won on his last two starts at this track though and can bounce back from Wednesday’s low-key effort at Kempton.
20:00 Louis Treize
Quite open. LOUIS TREIZE seems to have his quirks but this is a drop in grade for him and he could get a strong pace to aim at. For Richard is probably a better horse now than when last seen on the AW and he’s second choice, ahead of Naked Lass.
20:30 Sheila
Casual Reply could go well back up in trip, but hold-up horses always come with risks at this venue and a safer bet is SHEILA (NAP), who won nicely here recently from one who ran well this week. Fortune Finder is interesting.
