There is plenty to like about MAY NIGHT physically, and he showed his first form when making a winning handicap debut over seven furlongs here last week.
He was well backed to do so, too, notably strong before the off, and he didn’t really give his backers anything to worry about, always close up and staying on well to score comfortably by two and three quarter lengths.
This is a stronger race, but there should be more to come from her, especially over this extra furlong, and she looks well in under a 6lb penalty.

This looks a competitive sprint handicap, but MOUNT MOGAN arrives in good form and should go well at a price.
His sole win came over this trip at Wolverhampton back in February, and he produced a career-best effort over this course and distance last month when runner-up to a well-handicapped sort.
He has since shaped as though the return to six furlongs would be in his favour when a staying-on fourth at Ascot last time and a bold bid is expected from a good draw in stall 2.
BOMA GREEN’s sales price more than tripled from foal to yearling, and he has showed progressive form in three starts so far.
The maiden he made his reappearance/stable debut in at Chepstow last month is working out well, and he built on that when hitting the frame in a useful handicap at York last time.
That was over six furlongs, and he just lacked the know-how for that sort of big-field environment, the race not getting to the bottom of him after he met multiple bits of traffic.
Boma Green finished with running left at the line, and that experience won’t be lost on him, so there is plenty to like when able to race from the same mark.
