13:30 Leopardstown – Cadillac
Plenty of unknowns here, with a bunch of unexposed two-year-olds stepping right into Group company in this race. However, very few juveniles were as impressive as CADILLAC was on debut.
He put a decent looking field to the sword to the tune of 9 lengths, with the second Ebeko winning on his next start at Leopardstown to give some substance to the form.
The time was decent and there should be plenty more to come from Cadillac. If he can create the same impression as his debut here, then Jessie Harrington will have a very exciting colt to look forward to next season with.
15:20 Ripon – Fishable
Tim Easterby has his string in excellent form, with five winners the last two days and FISHABLE may well be able to add to that tally for him.
Lightly raced, Fishable got off the mark on his first start in handicaps at Ripon last time when winning easily from a mark of 77.
He has gone up 7lbs, but that doesn’t look enough to stop him following up here and he could prove difficult to beat.
15:30 Leopardstown – Day Dreamin
DAY DREAMIN ran her best to date when fourth at Killarney last time, on what was her third start in handicaps – but, that does not tell the full story.
She didn’t get a clear passage whatsoever and had she got a clear run, she may well have won.
She runs off the same mark here and Gavin Ryan takes off 5lbs. All that means Day Dreamin would look to have excellent claims of breaking her duck, providing Ryan can slot her in from her wide draw.
16:30 Leopardstown – The Mouse Doctor
The MOUSE DOCTOR tends to save his best performances on the Flat for Leopardstown, with his four starts here including a win off 74 and two places off 79 and 78. He runs here off a mark of 77 and excellent 5lb claimer Gavin Ryan takes the ride.
Ryan is riding out of his skin at the moment, with a host of winners at Galway last week. That was before having a double at Naas on Monday.
Paddy is paying an extra place here and The Mouse Doctor looks worth an each-way play in this one.
