14:15 at Goodwood – Yazaman
I’m pretty strong on Yazaman in this one. The trainer is absolutely flying. That form at the Windsor Castle just keeps working out and Yazaman backed it up at Newmarket, just behind Tactical.
Qaader was well held in that race and I see no reason why Yazaman won’t beat Qaader and the rest of this field again.
14:45 at Goodwood – Al Aasy
The worry with English King is that the trainer is so out of form, Ed Walker’s horses are just not firing at all, so I’d be against him for that reason. I thought Al Aasy was very impressive at Newmarket so I think that one has a big chance for a trainer who is in form.
15:15 at Goodwood – Fancy Blue, Queen Power (e/w)
The big question mark with Nazeef is the extra two furlongs. He’s never run over 10 furlongs so that’s definitely a doubt over that. I’d be with the guys; I think Fancy Blue will win.
The French Oaks looked a very hot race beforehand and all the right horses finished in the right positions so I’d be pretty keen on Fancy Blue. Just at a bigger price I think Queen Power will go better being back to 10 furlongs.
17:45 at Galway – Polished Steel
I’d probably go with Polished Steel, it was as pretty impressive when winning over in Tipperary, had Doctor Duffy behind him, so Polished Steel for me.
18:45 at Galway – Aramon
Felix Desjy’s favourite at the time of recording but I don’t think this track will suit its running style. It won at Aintree which is attractive but Aramon was pretty impressive at Tipperary last day.
