A good opportunity for RECENT REVELATIONS, who is better treated by the race conditions than Cafe Con Lech. The 2m 4f trip possibly stretched him when runner-up behind Barrington Court at Tipperary and has the track, ground and race conditions to suit now.

TIGER TWENTY TWO can hold fellow recent winners Bread And Butter and Cornakill Rose, while Dollar Value and the reserve Captain Courageous are others to watch out for.

A beaten favourite when a gallant second over 2m 4f at Kilbeggan a fortnight ago, THISONESFOROLLIE can compensate her loyal followers over this slighter shorter test. A dual winner over hurdles, her Kilbeggan second was by no means an isolated piece of form over fences (fell two out when running a big one at Thurles) and she should have enough in the tank to account for the likely danger Friary Gold. Rocky Court is also worth noting.

Gordon Elliott appears to have the ace cards to play here with both the former Grade One winning hurdler Dortmund Park and the progressive BRAID BLUE. The latter was clearly going the right way when last seen out and he gave the impression his best could be yet to come, and he could well climb quite a few steps now switched to chasing.

Macgiloney and Stacks Mountain won’t be far from the action either.
