We’re just hours away from Royal Ascot 2020 so Paddy has thrown a party. At home. On Zoom.
OK, so it’s not a normal preview but, frankly, it’s not a normal Festival. However just because the gates are locked to thousands of fans, it doesn’t mean there isn’t a cracking week of racing in store.
Over the next five days, our panel of experts will be hogging the bandwidth by logging on to Zoom to debate the best bets for each and every day – and have a bit of fun in the process.
So without further ado, let us point you in the direction of Tuesday’s special preview for our Paddy’s Rewards Club in the video below.
Meet our team of tipsters
PADDY POWER – The main man himself. Surely he needs no introduction!
RUPERT ‘RUBY’ WALSH – Undoubtedly one of the greatest, if not the greatest, National Hunt jockey of all time, Ruby is Cheltenham Festival’s most successful rider to date with 59 wins. Ruby retired on a high when winning the Punchestown Gold Cup on Kemboy on May 1, 2019, two weeks before his 40th birthday.
JASON WEAVER – Not to be confused with J-Weav, a pretty mediocre American actor and singer, Jason Weaver is in fact a hugely accomplished former flat-racing jockey who rode over 1,000 winners in a 14-year career. He now presents and pundits for ITV and At The Races, and writes regular columns for PP News.
TOM NUGENT – Recently promoted to ‘the lad with the moustache’ on our social media team, Tom’s racing knowledge is far superior to anyone else we could find to be on this panel.
FRANK HICKEY – If you know who Frank Hickey is, chances are it’s because he’s won you some money. Something of a tipping phenom, Frank is a Paddy Power horse racing trader, and shares his insights via the Racing Postcast.
