GOT TOUCH quickly pushed aside his debut effort with a Craon win last time and can progress further with very few runs under her belt. Carnival Zain showed winning form in 2019 and returned to action last time with a solid second putting him in the mix for this. Trimlight is a more experienced runner but is another who knows where the winning line is whilst Spring Is Coming is one to consider after getting off the mark last time out.
The course form of SMART WHIP suggests he will go well here once again adding to his win last summer and good second up prior. Sarendam has some solid place form to his name at the top tracks in the country and if at best will be another involved in the finish. Marshall Lessing put in a good run finishing second last time and can be considered alongside Nabunga who was second at Deauville in February and holds winning form also.
BOSQUENTIN is clearly talented and capable of winning this given form in much higher grades. Elho Fame was a multiple winner in better levels of racing last year. Didn’t disgrace herself returning recently and merits respect. Gentiana Bella has to overcome a layoff but is capable if ready to go. Pornichet win under her belt late last year is noted. Colours warrants consideration based off a Cagnes-sur-Mer success earlier this year.
IRON SPIRIT is in great form winning at Lyon-Parilly last time and clearly of good heart going into this. Loona Spigao knows how to win and did just that two starts ago. Include. Totem raced well securing a third on latest outing. Great Tonio had been running well before the break and resumed with fair a effort in latest. Looks set for this contest.
MISS RAFAEL is consistent. Running well in grades similar and better to this. Secured a win at Fontainebleau in March. Desert Dune has some good placed form including a third last time. A Pornichet victory brings Ouby Douby into the mix if he can bounce back from two lesser efforts. Next Huang Ho was fourth at Bordeaux last month and is worth considering.
Verdict: Good race in prospect. DONNE LE CHANGE is chasing a hat-trick having won at Compiegne and Angers past two outings. Consistent pair Kazarov and Lady De Roche have both been running well into placings this year and pose as threats whilst Violon De Brejoux drops significantly in grade and is worth a second look.
BALLICOD won at Fontainebleau earlier this year and has held form well enough since to suggest he will go favorably whilst Muthtemps is a talented opponent who will appreciate the drop in grade after his first-up run last time. Ecrinrose may strip fitter from his return to action and could have a part to play after his Angers win. Cleny looks another with a chance if putting two non-completions aside.
