Another race for newcomers, so market will be a good guide again. HORS DE MA VUE makes appeal on paper and needs to be considered. Hera Du Seuil has a strong jockey booking first up and holds chances. Hors Serie and Halga Mome both suggest they could be competitive.
15:42 Moon Dream @ 11/4
MOON DREAM was third on debut beaten 1.6L at Deauville. Dropping to a provincial course and looks the one to beat second time up. Classical Wave showed promise on debut at a Metropolitan course beaten 5.75L in a maiden. Entitled to improve and is a strong chance. Gena and Saga Always are two to be considered for the place markets.
16:17 Embajadores @ 9/2
EMBAJADORES was only beaten a neck last time out in a Lyon la Soie handicap. He’s on a similar mark again and has a strong chance. Tarcenay has three wins in his past four outings and is going up a level in this but cannot be ruled out. Porsenna and Iggy Chop both ran well three days ago at Longchamp and could have a fitness edge.
16:52 Brandy Eyes @ 13/2
BRANDY EYES ran well in a Lyon Parilly handicap last time out beaten 3.75L. She’s off a similar mark here and has to be considered. Rajeline disappointed in her lastest but was a good third the time before, beaten by 2L in a Cagnes Sur Mer handicap. She’s one to include. Malecon was a winner of a Lyon la Soie handicap and is now up in the weights, but has a strong chance. Goji Berry was fourth earlier this week at Longchamp and can be considered again.
17:25 Papakura @ 5/1
PAPAKURA won two starts back in maiden company. Made a good handicap debut when fourth back in March, beaten under 2L and looks a big player on fifth career attempt. By The Way is capable off this mark as demonstrated with a third last time out at Chantilly beaten a neck. Looks a top chance in this. Mandleft and La Javanaise are both able to be competitive off their current marks in a handicap and can be noted.
17:55 Gingermix @ 11/8
GINGERMIX ran a big race in a Group 1 last time out, finishing fifth, beaten 8L. Dropping significantly in grade and has a strong chance. Frimousse Baie is looking at a four-timer after a 2.5L win at Lyon la Soie in her latest. She’s progressive and a big player. Fleur De L’Air and Fait Honneur are both returning from jumping campaigns with good jockey bookings and are interesting.
18:25 Honneur D’Estruval @ 11/10
This is a maiden with very little form on offer. HONNEUR D’ESTRUVAL and El Chiquito both represent top jumps trainer Guillaume Macaire and are likely to feature. Gold Tweet and Backmi Festival can both be looked at on debut.
18:55 Gipsy De Rouhet @ 6/4
GIPSY DE ROUHET created a big impression on second start winning a hurdle by 17L at Saint-Brieuc and looks the one to beat in this. Golden D’Anjou was a debut winner who ran midfield in a Group 3 on only start since. First time over hurdles and is a player. Gerenice and Galante De Ferbet are making their hurdle debuts and need to be considered.
19:25 Emingwelle @ 11/2
EMINGWELLE is lightly-raced. Won by 10L on third career outing in a hurdle and has a top chance on her fourth outing. Prince De La Barre disappointed over fences last time out but needs considering back over hurdles. Tyzeff and Opium both have form at this level and may come into contention.
