James Reveley and Felix de Giles are two familiar names riding in Paris this Saturday and they take up mounts in this juvenile hurdle. David Cottin has two runners here with Reveley riding BARONNE DU BERLAIS, a daughter of Martaline. Cottin’s horses are running well this week having secured three-winners from eight runners. Queen Davier is also one of several worth watching in the market on debut following her purchase at the Arqana sales in what looks a competitive contest.

This is a good chase for the four-year-olds with several having shown good form here previously, including the ever-improving filly NANOSECOND. She beat a few of today’s rivals when securing victory here in March and Francois Nicolle’s runner can strike again. Arbarok and Galant Du Chenet represent the powerful Guillaume Macaire stable and warrant respect as the main dangers.
13:05 Nimes @ Evens
Guillaume Macaire has a strong hand in this juvenile listed hurdle with both NIMES and Yes Indeed both among the small field. Nimes gives weight away to rivals following his debut victory at Compiegne and James Reveley has decided to take the ride again. One horse from that race has come out and boosted the form with victory since, while stablemate Yes Indeed, who got tired in the closing furlong on debut looks the main danger.
13:35 Figuero @ 13/8
FIGUERO has been impressive in several victories to date for trainer Francois Nicolle, including a grade One success here at Auteuil last November. The son of Yeats returned from a break with a win over hurdles in early March and looks primed to continue his improvement at the young age of five over fences. Ebonite is another solid performer and should run well getting the fillies allowance with Macaire’s Feu Follet another who could challenge for second at best following a win in March.
