Horse Racing Longchamp

Longchamp 09.55 – Duhail @ 4/1

DUHAIL ran second beaten a head in a Listed race last time out and lightly raced to be the one to beat up a level. Gold Vibe was sixth in a G1 on most recent outing while previously placed in this grade and cannot be ruled out. Batwan and Ken Colt have both shown ability at this level and need consideration for the placings.

Longchamp 10.25 – Black Comedy @ 11/2

BLACK COMEDY was a solid third beaten 4L at Marseille Vivaux in a handicap. Still unexposed and looks a top chance. Harlan is making his handicap debut on fourth outing. Shown ability in provincial maidens and a good jockey booking. Royal Ghost and My Charming Prince both need to be considered for the placings.

Longchamp F 10.55 Fiburn @ 10/1

FIBURN F is dropping down in class after a solid third in a conditions race beaten 2.25L. Handicap debut and the leading selection. The Good Man has shown promise in four maidens to date. Last time out third at Fontainebleau. First time in a handicap and may go close. Charlesquint and Young Man are two who require consideration.

Longchamp 11.25 Chobra @ 15/8

CHORBA was impressive on debut winning by 2.5L at Deauville, open to a lot of improvement and is a big chance. Speak Of The Devil won a newcomers race by 1.5L at Deauville. Making second start and looks progressive. Warzuzu and Mazagran are two others worth noting.

Longchamp 11.55 Victor Ludorum @ 4/6

VICTOR LUDORUM won first three career starts including at G1 level last time. Tough to beat. Ecrivain was a good fourth behind Victor Ludorum in a G1 latest and needs a bit more to reverse this form but looks solid. Pisanello and Helter Skelter both could be in the placings.

Victor Ludorum

Longchamp 12.25 Tropbeau @ 1/1

TROPBEAU won a G2 last season and ended her campaign with a third in the G1 Cheveley Park Stakes at Newmarket. Looks the one to beat. Khayzaraan is bidding for a hat-trick after an impressive 4.5L win in a conditions stakes race. Up in class but looks to have a lot of potential. Dream And Do and Quiet Times both come after wins in a lower class and cannot be ruled out.

Longchamp 13.05 Sottsass @ 8/15

SOTTSASS was last seasons G1 Prix du Jockey Club winner over 2100m. Ended previous campaign with a third in the G1 Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe over 2400m. Entitled to need this but tough to beat. Syrtis managed fourth last time out over 1300m and unexposed at this distance but needs to be included. Soudania and Simona are both considered.

Longchamp 13.35 Wamya @ 4/1

WASMYA was eighth in a course and distance G1 at the end of last campaign. Previously a Listed winner at Baden-Baden. The one to beat down a level. Alzire is a lightly raced filly with three victories including last time out making all to win a Listed race. Strong chance. Cloud Surfing and Spinning Memories can both be looked at.

Longchamp 14.05 Dragon Love @ 8/1

DRAGON LOVE was a runner up in a Chantilly handicap two starts back beaten 1L. Disappointed latest but can bounce back. Loona Spigao managed impressive win of a Compiegne handicap in March and may go close off revised mark. Always Somewhere and Hackle Setter to be noted.

Longchamp 14.35 – Andre Doria @ 5/1

ANDREA DORIA managed fourth in a handicap at Chantilly in February and looks a big chance here. Lady Arkadina ran fourth sixty three days ago at Chantilly in a handicap and similar race here so could go close. Dionysos and Miengo both can place.
