Take Charge Again gets the vote in a low grade 6-furlong claimer for trainer Jane Cibelli and jockey Dylan Davis. She broke slowly and made late ground to finish third three-weeks ago and her previous form suggests she’s good enough to win. The drop back in trip gives Stormy Boss a chance, while Chic and Sexy at a bigger price is another who could run well.

It’s hard to look past Bourbon Currency for trainer John Kimmel and jockey Irad Ortiz Jr after two second place finishes this year. He steps up in trip slightly tonight and will be challenged late under a waiting ride from Irad Ortiz Jr who returns to the saddle. 20:45 – CELTIC BROTHERHOOD @ Evs
Sandys Blaze drops slightly in trip following a second-place finish on debut last September, while Grainger County looks interesting on debut for Ralph Nicks. However, this race comes down to Celtic Brotherhood and Victory Town with George Weaver’s three-year-old the selection.
He finished second when caught close home when racing forward on debut, while Victory Town could lose his chance by being slowly away yet again from the gates.

Four K’s for Wesley Ward is an interesting runner in this lowly 6-furlong claimer having raced mainly over a mile previously. Memorize is another on the short-list in a race dominated with pace which sees Worth Avenue our selection. Edgard Zayas remains in the saddle tonight and will sit back and wait for the race to crumble to challenge late and fast for victory.
22:49 – FLORA FANTASY @ 10/11
The ultra-consistent Flora Fantasy returns from a break having managed six of her eight career victories at Gulfstream. Irad Ortiz Jr knows her well after guiding her to victory twice this year and despite being a short price is a solid selection in this grade. The lightly raced Royal Meghan looks the main danger but won’t have enough in the tank to see off Flora Fantasy in the closing stages.
