Dad’s Yankees and the hat-trick seeking Expediter can put the pace to the race but may be vulnerable late on now stepped up to 7f and they could set it up for MALIO’S to swoop late. He recorded a double in more valuable claimers than this over a route before a good third latest and should be rattling home now dropped in class and trip.

5.55pm – PUBLICIST @ 6/4

PUBLICIST can leave behind her last run now back on dirt and down in class. She won three out of four in similar company to this before that and looks worth another chance, although Lolanita, Dreaming Diamonds and I’llmakeyousmile will be ready to pounce if the selection isn’t at her best.

6.27pm – ALL AMERICAN JEWEL @ 7/2

ALL AMERICAN JEWEL had some of these in arrears when flashing home for a good third here last month and, with this extra yardage to suit, she is taken to go two better today. There are no shortage of dangers, though, most notably Nerissa, Calypso Key and Worlds Apart.

6.58pm – ONE MORE DRINK @ 11/8

ONE MORE DRINK has made the frame on all three appearances since switching to Tampa, and that consistency earns him the nod today. Improvement is anticipated from Overpraise now he has his sights lowered, and Captainontherocks can’t be dismissed lightly either.

7.29pm – TATTERAZZI @ 6/4

There is more to come from Finest Jewel, who was in front of Bizness Beauty when they took minor money here a few weeks ago. Catsoutofthebag will find this easier than her two previous 2020 appearances, but TATTERAZZI drops out of allowance company and is fancied to capitalise.

8.01pm – SHANGHAI MISTRESS @ 2/1

Field Letters showed her appreciation for the return to sprinting when storming to victory over track and trip, while Golden Nole didn’t seem to fully see out 6f last time and will relish the small drop in distance. SHANGHAI MISTRESS has been campaigned primarily on turf this year, but her sole dirt outing resulted in an all-the-way win and she can recapture that sparkle.

8.33pm – FOX ROX @ 11/4

D’craziness drops significantly in grade and isn’t passed over lightly while Enduring Honor invariably runs his race at this level and is respected. However, FOX ROX didn’t appear to stay when disappointing over further last time and a reproduction of his success over this trip and track two starts back would give him major claims in this company.

9.05pm – THE EXCEPTION @ 4/1

Sacco And Vanzetti scored by nearly four lengths on his penultimate start and would rate a threat to all if back to that level of form while Lucky Runs North drops significantly in grade and it will be disappointing if he failed to make his presence felt. However, THE EXCEPTION has proven consistency personified in recent months and can gain a deserved success.

9.37pm – SUGAR FIX @ 2/1

Pert scored by nearly nine lengths over a similar trip here last time and boasts obvious claims while Matinee Girl has won three of her last five and regained the winning thread with a fluent success over track and trip in March. However, SUGAR FIX hinted her turn could be near when runner-up in a stronger event here last month and is marginally preferred.
