The action continues stateside this Easter Sunday and Paddy has a host of offers at Gulfstream Park.
Race 1 17:00 – Into Fancy @ 9/2
We get going with a mile race on the turf for the 3-year-olds. It’s a tricky opener and Paddy is going the extra place here with the first 4 places paid. And with these generous place terms in mind a chance is taken with the newcomer INTO FANCY. The selection is the first foal out of a dam that has winning form at this trip and has been reportedly been working well in preparation for this. This is a weak enough looking opener and the selection is well capable of being placed, if ready.

Race 2 17:29 – Followhisfootsteps @ 6/4
6 furlongs on the dirt this time and Paddy is going money back if your selection finishes 2nd, 3rd or 4th. So, with this in mind, the likely favourite FOLLOWHISFOOTSTEPS has to be the bet. Victor Barboza’s 4 year old was very unlucky in his last two races went sent off favourite. But don’t lose faith in this reliable sprinter and he should be able to make the early pace here and it is very difficult to see him out of the first 4 if allowed to dictate.
Race 6 19:25 – Primacy @ 6/4
1 mile on the dirt here and we are giving a free Power-Up if you have a £/€10 bet if you have a bet on this race.
PRIMACY overcame a slow start on debut to finish an unlucky second. It won’t take too much improvement on that to get this beautifully bred daughter of Union Rags into the winner’s enclosure here. The selection has been given a nice seven-week rest by trainer Chad Brown and looks primed to score here.
Race 10 21:30 – Zippy @ 12/1
Plenty of value late in the card at Gulfstream as we are going extra place in the last three races on the card. A mile claimer on the turf here and the ultra-consistent ZIPPY looks overpriced on his recent form having finished no worse that third in his last five starts. The selection has a plum draw here and looks a cracking each-way prospect at these terms at a decent price.

Race 11 22:01 – Baccarat Fashion @ 9/2
The penultimate race is over 6 furlongs on the dirt and it’s another extra place affair. A chance is taken on the 5-year-old Baccarat Fashion, who is making its debut for the Michael Maker yard, getting into the frame here. The selection has four career victories and a return to her form of last season should be enough to see her on the premises here with Paco Lopez on board.
Race 12 22:32 – I’m More Ready @ 8/1
Yet another extra place race in the finale here. Blazing Desire should go off a short-priced favourite. But I’M MORE READY is well capable of being involved in the argument and looks a tempting each-way punt as we are paying first four here. The selection has got winning form at this trip and is capable of taking advantage of a drop in grade and should be involved in the finish.
