KIRK OF DIAMONDS finished down the field at Sam Houston last month but he is better judged on his victory at Remington Park just before Christmas and shades the vote on this occasion. Flash Forcast and Afleet Sniper can give the selection something to think about.

FAST ONE has displayed some promise in his career to date and the drop in class gives him an ideal opportunity to shed the maiden tag. Shawn Tag can enter the reckoning with Gruffandtough.

MEEKA arrives in search of a hat-trick of victories having ended 2019 with a flourish and the five-year-old boasts strong credentials to pick up where she left off. Summer’s Indy and Inagoodway appeal most of the remainder.
20:45 – BLING SPRINGSTEEN
BLING SPRINGSTEEN is entitled to come on from her first run of the year last Tuesday and the drop in class gives her a decent opportunity to gain a second career victory. Rose Larue and Restore Harmony both warrant consideration on their recent showings.
21:15 – DAK DA MAN
DAK DA MAN (seventh) finished behind Sedaris (third) when the pair met at Sam Houston last month but the former can reverse that form with it being his first run since a break. Lord Stratton completes the shortlist.
21:45 – KARATE HOTTIE
KARATE HOTTIE arrives on the back of a placed effort at a higher level and the filly can take advantage of her sights being lowered. Mulberry got the better of Singing Alli by a neck at Sunland last month and the pair are likely to be in the mix once again.
22:15 – VEGAS ATTRACTION
VEGAS ATTRACTION boasts the strongest level of form in the field and the gelding is expected to prove a cut above the opposition now down in grade. Cataroux and Big Guy Ian can fight it out for the minor honours.
