Ivorian wasn’t winning out of turn last time and Bub appeals as the unexposed quantity in the race. Preference is for RED STAR, though, because he doesn’t know how to run badly and beat Persistence (third) when finishing second here last month.

PRAISE LOUDLY is used to keeping much stronger company than this and gets a confident vote as he bids to get back to winning ways. Feared most are Dirt Road Red and Deepingreen.

GRAND AIR has been hammering on the door, including when a neck second over 5 1/2f here latest, and he could claim a much-deserved win in this contest. Diction was also touched off over 5 1/2f last time and he demands respect, while the dropped-in-trip Maxinamillion cannot be ruled out either.
21: 52 – Spanish Magic
Papaya certainly wouldn’t be winning out of turn following five runner-up efforts and she must go close, but preference is for the less exposed SPANISH MAGIC, who wasn’t stopping when successful over 5 1/2f here last time. Rolinga also merits respect as she’s rarely too far from the mark.
22:23 – My Man Draymond
MY MAN DRAYMOND has won two of his last three and looks the one to side with once again here. The four-year-old can get the better of Mr. Papas, who was successful here 11 days ago but was fourth behind the selection previously. Iron Alex has placed the last twice and is another to keep an eye on.
22:54 – Lacey’s Rainbow
LACEY’S RAINBOW has battled to back-to-back victories recently and her gutsy nature can come to the fore once again in this hat-trick bid. Sittin And Thinkin got the better of Prorika (second) when getting on the scoresheet last time and is respected, while not much separated Propeppy (second) and Cedars Of Lebanon (third) when they met last month.
