Fearless – 14:20 Market Rasen
Fearless was a good bumper winner for Kim Bailey in 2018 and was in the process of running well when unseating his rider two out at Huntingdon last time, though he probably will have had to work hard to land short odds. However, this race doesn’t look any stronger, and Fearless is definitely going the right way, so looks a good bet here to open his account over hurdles.

Playa Blanca – 17:00 Market Rasen
Playa Blanca wouldn’t be bomb proof, but he is hard to get away from in terms of handicapping, and should be supported with that in mind. He escapes a penalty for his recent win at Warwick, and he was well backed on that occasion, suggesting connections knew a big run way on the cards. Top conditional Ben Jones is able to claim a valuable 3 lb here, and if Playa Blanca runs to form, he should prove hard to beat.
🗣️ "The ease, and speed, with which he closed down the leading pair in the straight underlined he Is a top-class talent"

Hear The Chimes – 14:50 Market Rasen
Hear The Chimes is one of the oldest in this field, but he seems to be coming to the boil nicely, and he is well handicapped on the best of his form. He left the impression that his latest run in January would bring him on again, going better than plenty for much of the race, before being one paced in the closing stages. This looks competitive for the grade, but he will be hard to keep out of the frame if building on that.
