Fraser Island – 14:15 Plumpton
Fraser Island was fairly useful on the Flat and was well supported to make a winning debut over hurdles at Newbury in December.
Admittedly, he was disappointing when turn over at short odds at Kempton last time, but that was a deeper race than this, and he is expected to resume his progression now.

Wenceslaus – 15:45 Plumpton
Wenceslaus has showed improved form since sent chasing, winning three of his four starts in this sphere, and judged by his latest win over this C&D, he has even more to offer.
His record at Plumpton is a good one, and a subsequent 10 lb rise in the weights may well underestimate him, so is confidently fancied to record a fourth win over fences.

Shaw’s Cross – 15:15 Plumpton
This looks an open handicap, but Shaw’s Cross makes each-way appeal. He produced a career best to win at Lingfield in December, travelling with purpose and putting the race to bed readily.
He ran creditably when third over two miles here last time, faring best of those who were ridden with restraint, and the step back up in trip will be in his favour.
