Over to Newbury now and I really like One For The Team in the 13:50 here.
He was a little bit unfortunate not to win here two starts back. He came with a late run to be narrowly beaten.
He’s only four pounds higher. He has run at Warwick last time and qualified for the Pertemps final at Cheltenham. He needs to win this to get in and I think he can win and book his place at the Festival.
I really like Generous Day here – a 9/1 shot as I write. He’s two from two at the track, drying ground again is in his favour and he bolted up here last time off a mark of 115 by 22 lengths.
He’s now up to 134 but in his second last start he won extremely impressively at Kempton. The two disappointments either side were due to the ground.

It’s Lucky 15 time, ladies and gentleman. Here’s four selections to run through that’ll hopefully set you up for a fine weekend.
Newbury 13:15 – Chantry House
Chantry House is a horse with a bit of a reputation but I think it’s justified.
I think he’ll prove very difficult to beat and become a live player for the Supreme or Ballymore.
Newbury 13:50 – One For The Team

Warwick 14:05 – Nube Negra
The favourite here but I really like Nube Negra. He’s a course and distance winner and he’s two from three over fences.
The record at Warwick is good and he was very impressive there on his debut where he jumped really slickly.
The drying ground will play in his favour and I think he’ll be really tough to beat.
Warwick 15:15 – Generous Day
Selection two from the 3.15 at Warwick. Or, what’s more commonly known as the Paddy Power From The Horse’s Mouth Handicap Chase! One of the all-time great racenames, I know.
I really like Generous Day here – a 9/1 shot as I write. He’s two from two at the track, drying ground again is in his favour and he bolted up here last time off a mark of 115 by 22 lengths.
