Horse Racing tips: Three wonderful Wednesday wagers for Warwick and Catterick

13:20 Catterick – Kiriglote @ 7/2

Won a bumper over this course on their penultimate start and ran with credit at Haydock last time. He should relish going over jumps and stepping up in distance, while the jockey takes a handy 5lbs off his back. It’s a competitive-looking race, but Kiriglote looks to hold strong claims.

14:40 Warwick – Flowing Cadenza @ 2/1

This mare looked to benefit hugely from the step up to just shy of three miles at Ascot last time. She finished that race very strongly and beat a subsequent winner. The 7lb rise in the weights for that success is manageable and she can progress again over this 3m 2f distance.

15:35 Catterick – Wishmoor @ 3/1

A useful handicap chaser previously for the Gigginstown operation, this horse was picked up for £9k at the Doncaster sales last year. The Johnny Levins yard is a regular visitor to the British tracks and Wishmoor looks to have been found an excellent opening opportunity for connections.
