Wiley Post put up a remarkable effort on the clock last time when 2nd to a progressive type, and I fancy him to go one better here. The horse he was 2nd to last time, Mohareb, has done plenty for the form and although Wiley Post needs to prove as effective at Kempton, it’s not enough to put me off backing him.
15:20 Kempton: Lady of Aran @ 6/4
Lady Of Aran was a big eye-catcher last time when 2nd to a useful type in Stay Classy, and I think they have found a good opportunity for her to pick up a race here. She got caught too far back last time in a race that wasn’t run to suit, though made up a lot of ground late on, recording some very impressive sectionals in the manner of a well-treated horse. I think she’ll prove very difficult to beat here.
