12.20 Clonmel – Uisce Solas

This race looks to concern only a couple even though it’s a big field. Willie Mullins’ Getaway Gorgeous is likely to be sent off favourite, but she has tough opposition in the shape of Uisce Solas. The selection has much more hurdling experience than her main rival and if she can find a little bit more improvement from what she has shown, she will be tough to beat.

12.50 Clonmel – Vitudurum

This doesn’t look the strongest of races and the Vitudurum, who is unexposed over hurdles, is the pick. He ran a respectable race on handicap debut last time at Tramore when fading into fourth late on.

Jack Kennedy retains the ride which could be a tip in itself.

Despite being off top weight, he should go very close

15.05 Clonmel – Lovely Carrig

Although it’s a small field it’s a competitive affair with plenty of horses in form. Lovely Carrig comes into this off a slightly below par run, but dropping back in trip here should play to his strengths. Jockey Phillip Enright is riding very well at present so off a light weight, he should run well.
