Paddy Power Media presents ‘From The Horse’s Mouth’, a brand new podcast fronted by our four-legged friends, or more accurately, a pair of ‘friends’ with four legs.
Every week, record-breaking jockey Ruby Walsh will join our very own Paddy Power. Horse racing aficionado and co-anchor Tom Nugent will also muck in with some informative, highbrow and thought-provoking content… ah who are we kidding?
Prepare for banter-filled, controversy-fuelled debate and a distinct possibility of some stand-up rows.
‘From The Horse’s Mouth’ will feature some of the biggest names in the game each week, kicking off with BBC Racing legend Cornelius Lysaght for the debut show – produced by Muddy Knees Media, the makers of the award-winning Totally Football Show – on Thursday (December 19).
Following months of consideration and thousands of brain storming sessions we finally settled on this unique and original name for our weekly racing podcast. The title brings with it a huge weight of expectation. It’s a heavy burden to carry, but we’re confident we will manage it, along with our six pack and party size bag of crisps.
Speaking at the launch, Ruby Walsh said: “The pressure is on to shake things up with this new podcast in a crowded environment jammed with ‘expert’ opinion. But if anyone knows how to cause a stir it’s Paddy Power Media. Also, Paddy keeps wandering onto the construction site next door without a hard hat so they needed to keep him out of harm’s way.”
