A couple of these have faced each other recently, and while Paul Midgley’s Tarboosh got the better of Copper Knight and Kyllang Rock at two different events, he is worse off at the weights at Musselburgh on Monday.
It might, therefore, pay to side with Copper Knight, who should enjoy an easy time of things up-front.
He will also much prefer the slightly better ground than he had at Leicester a few days ago on his last run out.
Andrew Balding’s Be More was a bit disappointing last time at Sandown in August, but that was on quicker ground.
However, he is two from two when encountering the soft conditions he has at Windsor on Monday.
He drops down into a class 4 handicap here and is only a pound higher than his Chester success, where he was well supported in late July.
Musselburgh 14:20: Copper Knight – 3/1
Windsor 17:10: Be More – 3/1
