Ménage À Trot – Play our completely free Cheltenham fantasy game today!

Select your trio of Jockey, Trainer and Owner and be in with a chance of winning a 500 quid free bet...

It’s an old cliche, but three could be a magic number if you play things right with Ménage À Trot, Paddy Power’s Cheltenham Festival fantasy horse racing game.

We’re offering as first prize a £/€500 free bet, with a £/€250 free bet for the runner-up and a £/€100 free bet for third.

But this one’s also about showing off your racing knowledge.

There’s pride at stake here, not just a fantastic b*stard of a prize. All you have to do to be in the mix is to enter the game using the submission section below.

So what are you waiting for? Get selecting. Oh, and make sure to read the bloody rules first!

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS

The game gives you 5 (FIVE) purchasing points. You must use these points to ‘buy’ one Jockey, one Trainer and one Owner.

Each Jockey, Trainer and Owner is assigned a purchasing points value: 3, 2 or 1. You must pick a Jockey, a Trainer and an Owner, and the total purchasing points value must equal 5 (FIVE) or less. If you don’t pick one selection from each category, your entry is void!

So, for example, you can choose a trio of Ruby Walsh (Jockey, 3), Jessica Harrington (Trainer, 1) and Trevor Hemmings (Owner, 1), as the total purchasing points value is exactly 5.

However, you cannot choose a trio of, for example, Ruby Walsh (Jockey, 3), Willie Mullins (Trainer, 3) and Gigginstown (Owner, 3), as the total purchasing points value is 9.

Your selected threesome is then awarded points based on the below system:

Points for a win for each category are not cumulative, ie a Jockey who wins on a horse priced 50/1 is awarded 40 points in total, rather than 55. SP taken from Racing Post.

Then, quite simply, the highest points total wins. In the event of two or more entries finishing tied on points, the tie-breaker will be most prize money won across all three categories. Then per jockey, per trainer, per owner. If first place is still tied after these tie-breakers, the winner will be drawn at random from a hat.

  • Paddy Power’s decision is final in relation to points, values and the awarding of prizes.
  • The full Paddy Power terms and conditions also apply.
