12.15pm Maiden Hurdle
This opener doesn’t look that deep of a race and Francin looks really interesting. He’s been in very good form in France and could potentially be a Cheltenham horse but needs to win here and I think he will.
1.50pm Novice Handicap Hurdle
Wigs on the Green looks really well handicapped here. He’s running off a mark of 114 and has ran in some really hot Maiden hurdles and he looks the one to do the business here for me.
2.25pm NH Flat
Willie has won the bumpers at Leopardstown the last two days. Voix Des Tiep was really well touted last year and I think he’ll take a lot beating and give Willie three out of three in the bumpers.
3.00pm Leopardstown Chase
It’s probably the best race of the jumps season to date. Sizing John – the Gold Cup winner – against Yorkhill, who’s probably one of the most interesting horses in training. There’s not many times you’ll get to back Yorkhill at bigger than 3/1 and I think it’s worth taking that opportunity. He has the potential to win a Gold Cup. Sizing John deserves to be favourite but the value is Yorkhill for me
Outside Tip of the Day:
At a very big price it’s the veteran Carlingford Lough each way at 40/1 for me. He’s run well at this track before and at the price I think he could be worth a punt.
Betting Summary:

1.50pm – Wigs on the Green
