Teahupoo is bidding to join the exclusive club of three-time winners of the Grade 1 Hatton’s Grace Hurdle.
Gordon Elliott’s staying star has brushed aside the competition over two miles and four furlongs and Fairyhouse in the last two years – but he looks set for a stiff test of his credentials this time.
That’s because Willie Mullins pitches dual Cheltenham Festival heroine Lossiemouth into the mix and she will receive a 7lbs allowance if she takes her place in the line-up, which only features two other rivals.
