When is the Pertemps Final 2024? Cheltenham date, start time, runners and betting

Good Time Jonny took the spoils last year!

Good Time Jonny wins the 2023 Pertemps Final

The Pertemps Network Final Handicap Hurdle serves as a bit of a prelude to the Paddy Power Stayers’ Hurdle on day three of the Cheltenham Festival.

It is run over the same C&D as the feature race on St Patrick’s Thursday and has thrown up plenty of shocks over the years, while last term’s Stayers’ Hurdle hero Sire Du Berlais features on both honours boards after securing the Pertemps prize in 2019 and 2020.

For the second year in a row, a horse needed to finish in the top four in a qualifier to be eligible to run in the race, which was won by 9/1 shot Good Time Jonny last season. A healthy pot worth £56,270 is on offer to connections of the first past the post.

You can run the rule over our Pertemps Final odds on the Paddy Power website and Paddy Power app, otherwise all the key details about next year’s renewal can be found below.
