Irish Jump Trainers’ Championship 2023/24: Who currently tops the standings?

The National Hunt lads and lasses are in full swing and the countdown is on to the bring spring festivals.

Willie Mullins has dominated Irish Jumps racing in recent years and looks likely to enjoy another all-conquering campaign at home and in the UK as the action begins to heat up. The Closutton handler is the defending champion trainer after topping the pile in 2022/23 for the 17th time in his career, although Gordon Elliott is likely to give him a run for his money once again.

There are a number of huge meetings that are likely to prove crucial in the race for the Trainers’ Championship including the Fairyhouse Easter Festival in April and the Punchestown Festival at the end of the season.
